The year 2016 has been too much for Hrithik Roshan . And just to add to his miseries we have heard that the entertainment giant Netflix is allegedly suing the makers of his next ‘Kaabil’ quoting that they had plagiarized chunks from a hit show.
As per the reports of Mumbai Mirror, Netflix believes that the Bollywood flick has copied good amount of content from one of their original shows, Daredevil that is based on the character of Marvel Comics.
The report suggests that Netflix has noticed some quite evident similarities between their production and Kaabil, which includes certain action sequences. As a result, they are filing a suit against Rakesh Roshan’s Filmkraft Productions and Sanjay Gupta’s White Feature Films.
On the other hand, when the Indian Express contacted the representative of Netflix, they said they don’t have any such plans and they are trying to find the source from where these rumors cropped up.
Kaabil is quite an important project for Hrithik given his last film Mohenjodaro got beaten badly at the box office. Hence, Kaabil’s trailer looked decent; the accusation of plagiarism is the last thing is what he would want just before its release.
God help him!!
